Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or Sales/Strategic Management.
• Formal sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDPICC) is beneficial.
• IT service management or governance exposure (ITIL/COBIT) advantageous.
• 7+ years experience in Enterprise ICT account management or enterprise sales.
• Demonstrated ability to grow complex MSP accounts and close strategic ICT deals.
• Experience selling multi-disciplinary ICT services.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of Enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CFO, IT leadership).
• Act as the single point of accountability for the client.
• Protect existing revenue and proactively manage churn risk.
• Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities across Reflex service pillars: Advanced Networking, Unified Communications, Cloud Computing, Workplace Management, Managed Cybersecurity, Licensing.
• Develop and execute structured account plans aligned to client business objectives.
