Placements24 is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Lead to define and drive a comprehensive digital strategy from a remote setting in South Africa. You will shape customer experiences, optimize processes and steer technology adoption with senior stakeholders across IT, marketing, operations and product teams.

The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with expertise in cloud, AI/ML, data analytics, and agile delivery, capable of guiding complex programs remotely while delivering

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (MBA/IT).
• 10+ years in digital transformation, IT strategy or similar.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies to drive business innovation.
• Lead cross-functional teams in design, development and deployment of digital initiatives.
