The position demands deep knowledge of AI, cloud, data analytics and change management, plus the ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff in a remote-first environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in management consulting with focus on digital strategy.
• Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies (AI, Cloud, Data Analytics, Automation).
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead remotely.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive significant change.
