Placements24 is seeking a Lead Digital Transformation Consultant for a fully remote role in South Africa. You will guide client organisations from strategy to implementation of innovative digital solutions, leveraging AI, ML, IoT and cloud technologies, with a strong emphasis on agile methods and change management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting focused on digital transformation and technology strategy
• Led large-scale digital transformation projects from conception to completion
• Ability to manage remote teams and deliver complex projects from a distance
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, IoT, Cloud, Big Data and cybersecurity principles

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive digital transformation strategies for clients across various industries
• Assess client digital maturity, identify opportunities, and define roadmaps for technology adoption and business process optimization
• Oversee the implementation of digital solutions including cloud migration, AI integration, data analytics platforms, and customer experience enhancements
• Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of digital initiatives
