Placements24 is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Digital Strategy and Innovation initiatives in a fully remote role across South Africa. You will guide clients through transformation journeys, identify opportunities through emerging technologies, and develop actionable roadmaps.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in digital strategy, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management. Bachelor's is required; Master's preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in digital strategy, innovation consulting, or related advisory role.
• Proven success guiding digital transformation and strategic recommendations.
• Deep knowledge of digital technologies, platforms, and trends.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead remote teams.
• Bachelor's in Business/Technology/Marketing; Master's or MBA preferred.
• Based in South Africa and eligible to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate digital strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for client application.
• Lead client workshops on ideation, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Assess client digital maturity and transformation opportunities.
• Design innovative business models and customer experiences.
• Manage project teams and client engagements with high-quality deliverables.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Contribute to intellectual capital and thought leadership in digital strategy.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive transformation initiatives.
