Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Arts, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in digital content strategy or digital marketing, preferably within the arts and entertainment sector.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful content strategies that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital content strategies aligned with event goals and audience insights.
• Oversee content creation, curation, and distribution across digital channels including social media, websites, and email marketing.
• Analyze content performance metrics and engagement data to identify trends and optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital content and virtual events.
• Manage content calendars, editorial workflows, and freelance content creators as needed.
