Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields required.
• APICS CPIM, CSCP, IBF CPF certification advantageous.
• 7–10 years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience within FMCG, Cosmetics, Manufacturing, or Retail environments preferred.
• Proven experience leading S&OP processes.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and presenting to leadership teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving forecast accuracy and inventory optimisation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead rolling 24-month demand forecasts across brands, categories, and channels.
• Own demand consensus within the monthly S&OP process.
• Drive alignment between Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams.
• Lead demand planning activities for new product launches, promotions, and strategic projects.
• Develop scenario plans and actions for high-risk and high-opportunity situations.
• Facilitate monthly demand review meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Present demand plans, risks, and mitigation actions to leadership teams.
• Support ATP, capacity planning, and long-term supply decisions.
