Job summary

Revlon Corporate in Johannesburg is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to lead the end-to-end demand planning process across Revlon and Elizabeth Arden brands from our Isando office. You will drive robust 24-month forecasts, ensure consensus in S&OP, and partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to optimize service levels and inventory.

You will apply advanced analytics, market intelligence, and promotional plans to identify risks and opportunities, deliver actionable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
APICS CPIM/CSCP/IBF CPF or equivalent advantageous.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning or S&OP in FMCG or retail sectors.
Proven ability to lead S&OP processes and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead rolling 24-month demand forecasts across brands, categories, and channels.
Own demand consensus within monthly S&OP process.
Drive alignment between Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams.
Develop scenario plans and recommend actions for high-risk/high-opportunity situations.
Mentor and coach junior planners and participate in transformation projects.
