Job summary

Mc Technology Staffing is seeking a property leasing administrator with a Degree/Diploma in property studies, real estate, business or commerce. The role demands three years' experience in the commercial property leasing environment and fluency in English and Afrikaans.

You will handle lease renewals, landlord liaison, clause checks, and administration, while implementing systems to improve tenant/landlord relations and overall property administration.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in property studies, real estate, business or commerce.
• 3 years experience in the commercial property leasing environment.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans; strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiations of lease renewals.
• Liaise with Landlords and Portfolio Managers.
• Check status quo and unique requirements/clauses of lease agreements.
• Peruse and prepare lease agreements for signature.
• Implement systems and control measures.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving Tenant/Landlord relations.
• Property administration and professional support to the team.
