Qualifications

• LLB degree from a recognized university.
• Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• 3–5 years post-qualification experience focused on commercial contract law.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (vendor, service level, sales, partnerships).
• Provide legal guidance on contract interpretation and compliance.
• Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage contract lifecycle (amendments, renewals, terminations).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed.
