Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise clients and cloud solutions
• Strong knowledge of contact centers and related products
• Proven enterprise solution selling experience
• Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Consultative sales approach and business acumen
• Basic IT/Telecoms understanding (platforms, databases, deployments)
• Ability to manage customer complaints effectively
• Experience in producing customer documentation
• Ability to translate product/services into customer value
• Clear, courteous communication across channels

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling to enterprise clients with cloud solutions.
• Attend partner meetings and align with stakeholders to define sales opportunities.
• Maintain leads, follow-ups, and lead portal updates.
• Develop cost estimates, statements of work, proposals and quotations for pre-sales opportunities.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and business trend analysis.
• Prepare bid documents and manage supplier portal lead generation.
• Educate customers on trends, workflows and products.
• Target quarterly and annual sales goals including new wins and proofs of concept.
