Job summary

CVQuest is seeking a Client Service Consultant to act as a primary contact between the business and clients. The role focuses on delivering a professional and positive client experience, guiding clients from initial contact through ongoing support.

The successful candidate will engage with clients, build lasting relationships, understand requirements, and coordinate follow-ups while working closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in client service or related roles.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer literacy.
• Valid Code 8 driver’s licence and own transport.
• Willingness to travel locally when required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with new and existing clients to understand needs.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Respond to client questions and assist with queries.
• Follow up with clients and keep them informed.
• Coordinate appointments and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate client information and records.
• Identify opportunities to further assist existing clients.
