Placements24 in Randburg is seeking a strategic Customer Relations Manager to nurture key client portfolios, resolve complex issues, and drive retention and growth in a premier financial services institution.

You will act as the primary contact, understand client needs, collaborate with sales, product and operations, and lead client engagement initiatives to deliver bespoke solutions and exceptional service.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Finance, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in client relationship/account management, preferably in financial services.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
