Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager for a prominent financial services client in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will nurture high‑value client relationships, tailor investment guidance and ensure seamless delivery of a full suite of financial products and services.

The role combines in‑office collaboration with remote work, requires 6+ years in wealth management, a finance degree, and CFP/CFA or similar certifications are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years in client relationship management or wealth management within financial services.
• CFP, CFA, or similar certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial needs, objectives and risk appetites.
• Provide expert advice on investment strategies, financial planning and wealth management.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, regular check-ins and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional financial products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions and regulatory changes affecting financial markets.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and portfolio reviews.
