Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and postgraduate qualification are required.
• Minimum 12–15 years HR experience, with at least 10 years in senior management/executive roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the Group Business Strategy.
• Act as Exco member to align HR programmes with corporate strategy.
• Provide consultative advice on business strategy execution in HR.
• Assess company culture via surveys and advise on policy changes.
• Ensure performance management and total rewards align with goals.
• Benchmark best practices in talent management and org effectiveness.
• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed HR team.
• Plan management succession aligned with strategy.
• Ensure HR compliance with employment laws.
• Represent the company in HR-related litigation.
• Coach and mentor HR staff to deliver prompt service.
• Oversee executive recruitment activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Group CEO.
• Align culture themes with current initiatives to drive evolution.
• Lead talent management, performance management, and development.
