Job summary

Sasol is seeking a Lead HR & Digital HR Projects to govern and deliver a portfolio of HR transformation, HRIS, data analytics and digital HR initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional demand, manage dependencies, and drive adoption with measurable value outcomes.

The role requires extensive experience in HR project delivery, governance, and stakeholder management, with a focus on delivering sustainable business outcomes across HR and related functions.

Qualifications

• 12 years relevant experience in project, programme or portfolio management, preferably in HR transformation, HRIS, digital HR, analytics or enterprise transformation environments.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Relevant project / programme / portfolio management certification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated HR project portfolio and ensure delivery of HR transformation initiatives.
• Drive governance standards, templates and reporting routines for project delivery.
• Coordinate demand, prioritisation and capacity across HR, IM, Finance and Legal.
• Lead benefits realisation and value tracking across the project lifecycle.
• Enable change adoption and stakeholder alignment across major HR initiatives.
