Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, or related field.
• Recognised change management qualification or certification advantageous.
• At least 7 years in organisational change, culture transformation or organisational development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated change and culture strategies.
• Partner with executives and project teams to embed people-side change.
• Conduct stakeholder and readiness assessments to identify adoption needs and risks.
• Translate culture priorities into observable leadership behaviors.
• Develop stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, comms, learning and reinforcement plans.
• Coach leaders to communicate change and model behaviours.
• Facilitate leadership alignment sessions and employee engagements.
• Identify and mitigate people-related risks affecting adoption or continuity.
• Establish fit-for-purpose change methodologies, tools and governance.
• Build change capability through content, toolkits and coaching.
• Define and monitor measures of readiness, adoption and culture impact.
• Use data to evaluate interventions and report progress.
• Manage multiple initiatives and adapt to changing priorities.
• Stay informed on best practices and apply insights to Wealth context.
