Old Mutual Africa Regions is seeking a Senior Human Capital Business Partner to connect business and people strategies across multiple African markets. You will influence executives, shape capability plans and drive transformation in a matrixed, multicultural environment.

You will lead workforce planning, leadership development and succession, while embedding sustainable change, governance and data-driven insights into decision making.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ progressive Human Capital experience partnering with senior executives.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into integrated people interventions.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organisations.
