Job summary

Talent Network Global in South Africa seeks a CIMA-qualified finance executive for a senior CFO role in the manufacturing sector. Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the CFO will lead financial strategy and partner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve efficiency, profitability and sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will bring 10–15 years of progressive financial leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive finance role in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Minimum 5 years in a senior executive finance role within manufacturing
• Strong expertise in production costing, inventory, working capital and cash flow management
• Experience in financial strategy, capital investment, risk management and governance
• The ability to influence executive decision-making and drive operational performance
