Job summary

Talent Network Global in South Africa seeks a CIMA-qualified finance executive for a senior CFO role in the manufacturing sector. Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the CFO will lead financial strategy and partner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve efficiency, profitability and sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will bring 10–15 years of progressive financial leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive finance role in manufacturing.

Qualifications

We are seeking a CIMA-qualified finance executive for a senior leadership appointment within the manufacturing sector.

Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the CFO will lead financial strategy while working closely with Operations and Supply Chain to improve efficiency, profitability and sustainable growth. This role calls for more than financial control and reporting. It requires a leader who understands the economics of production, knows where margins are won or lost, and can translate financial insight into better business decisions.
