• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning processes.
• Oversee project accounting, costing, and profitability reporting.
• Manage treasury functions, working capital, banking relationships, and funding requirements.
• Drive financial governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Board and Executive Committee.
