Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in IT, Computer Systems, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in a Business Analysis role.
• Experience with ERP systems and delivering initiatives end-to-end.
• CBAP or BA certification adds advantage.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and define business and system requirements.
• Model, optimize, and document end-to-end business processes.
• Maintain business rules and adhere to audit requirements.
• Guide stakeholders and facilitate Joint Application Development sessions.
• Coordinate BA activities across projects within timelines, scope and budget.
• Develop specification documents, test plans, and UAT procedures; coordinate testing.
• Support users on new and existing systems.
