Qualifications

• BTech/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Analysis.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• CBAP or BA certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to deliver initiatives from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and define business and system requirements.
• Model, optimize, and document end-to-end business processes.
• Maintain business rules and ensure audit compliance.
• Guide stakeholders and facilitate Joint Application Development with vendors.
• Coordinate analysis activities across projects within timelines and budgets.
• Develop specifications, test plans, and UAT procedures.
• Coordinate testing and manage defects to meet requirements.
• Provide user support on new and existing systems.
• Apply BABOK methodologies and BPA processes.
