Qualifications

• BA certification with 4-5 years experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and Visio.
• Understanding of SDLC, BABOK and Agile practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience documenting BRDs and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, gather, and document stakeholder requirements.
• Conduct business and systems analysis to define improvements.
• Coordinate and deliver business solutions with relevant teams.
• Provide testing and implementation support, including UAT.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely updates.
