Job summary

Qualifications
- Lead requirements gathering with business stakeholders and workshops.
- Document business requirements as BRDs, use cases and user stories.
- Collaborate with architects, developers and analysts to deliver solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead agile ceremonies as part of the SDLC.
- Produce estimates for proposed work to inform costs.
- Perform risk analysis on proposed development initiatives.
- Identify and drive process improvements for business results.
- Mentor teammates on documentation and analysis processes.
- Interface with offshore development teams across time zones.
- Communicate project impacts to business stakeholders.
- Facilitate client walkthroughs and sign-offs of specifications.
