Job summary

Agile Bridge in Pretoria is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to define needs and recommend value-delivering solutions. You will translate business problems into clear business, systems, and technical documentation for both business and technical readers.

Join a fast-paced team; contribute to workshops, create specs, wireframes, data models, and process diagrams; collaborate with clients, management, and development teams to ensure delivery aligns with the product roadmap.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of industry experience in business analysis or related roles.
Experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to document requirements and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Create and design specifications for business units.
Document business processes with consultants and managers.
Maintain up-to-date infrastructure documents and manuals.
Analyse project scope and align with product roadmap.
Assist in elicitation workshops to define high-level requirements.
Collaborate with teams to develop functional and non-functional requirements.
Produce artefacts: business/functional specs, wireframes, workflows, data models.
Attend daily standups to ensure understanding and clarify requirements.
Review test plans and scripts to ensure quality coverage.
