Qualifications

• Experience in business and systems analysis with process improvement focus.
• Ability to gather, document and translate requirements.
• Strong SQL knowledge and ERP exposure across business functions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders across functions to understand needs.
• Analyse processes and identify gaps and improvements.
• Develop process maps, workflows and documentation.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for tech teams.
• Assist with system testing, UAT and defect resolution.
