Qualifications

• Experience within Retail, FMCG, and wholesale industries.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute financial plans including P&L management and pricing strategies.
• Own P&L for assigned brands, driving revenue, margins, and profitability.
• Drive margin management through pricing, cost control, and portfolio optimization.
• Monitor financial performance and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of categories to maximize growth.
• Develop brand strategies around positioning, pricing, innovation, and activation.
• Lead portfolio mix decisions across premium, mainstream, and entry-level offerings.
• Translate consumer insights into actionable brand strategies.
• Anticipate trends and competitive movements to maintain category leadership.
• Deliver insights-driven innovation to grow volume, value, and profit.
• Oversee innovation P&L and launches from concept to market.
• Coordinate demand forecasting, media planning, and marketing investments.
• Track brand health, share, and profitability to KPIs.
• Guide creative agency collaborations on communication strategies.
• Partner with sourcing, supply chain, and sales to align objectives.
