Job summary

Agrimark Operations, a growth-driven agri-retail subsidiary of KAL Group, seeks a qualified Business Analyst to map and optimise business processes, translate requirements for IT teams and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or information systems.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport are essential.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyse business processes within the assigned area, documenting current processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, duplication and opportunities for improvement.
• Design optimised processes to-be processes.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for application/technology teams.
• Act as the link between business and IM, translating requirements into technology concepts.
• Develop understanding of business applications, integrations and data flows.
• Analyse technology solutions and define practical solutions aligned with architecture and roadmap.
• Lead analysis, requirements definition, design, testing and documentation for application changes.
• Identify opportunities to automate and digitise processes using AI and other technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, application teams and vendors to ensure fit-for-purpose changes.
• Proactively identify technologies that improve processes and create opportunities.
• Support ongoing optimisation of applications and processes.

Education
