Job summary

Super Group International is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate stakeholder needs into future-state capabilities, lead workshops, and document requirements for agile delivery. You will drive process improvements and work closely with executives, product owners and delivery teams to ensure successful implementations.

You will facilitate workshops, elicit and analyse requirements, and develop business cases while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Analysis or related field.
• Solid experience translating business needs into functional specs.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proven track record delivering complex projects and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit and validate requirements.
• Translate high-level needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support delivery teams.
• Analyse processes to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Engage executives and product owners, manage risks and dependencies.
• Create documentation, wireframes and process maps for clarity.
• Support UAT and ensure successful handover of solutions.
