Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking an experienced sales professional with a background in SETA/QCTO and Skills Development to drive B2B sales of learnerships, skills programmes, and training interventions in South Africa.

You will develop new business, manage the full sales cycle, close deals, and leverage an established professional network, including discretionary grants, to deliver tailored training solutions to senior corporate clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in SETA, QCTO or Skills Development environments.
• Proven B2B sales experience in training services and learnerships.
• Experience generating leads and managing full sales cycles.
• Ability to close sales and tailor training solutions.
• Strong knowledge of BBEE Skills Development elements.
• Understanding of SETA/QCTO environments.
• Experience engaging senior corporate decision-makers.
• Well-connected professional network in relevant sectors.
• CRM system experience, and ability to leverage discretionary grants.
