Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or diploma in a relevant field (prefer hospitality, food & beverage).
• 3–5 years proven experience in sales management or key account management.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive relationship development with dealers and customers to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and manage strong client relationships.
• Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and analytically assess business performance.
• Increase distribution of brand portfolio to drive incremental volume.
• Maintain a strong hunter sales approach and manage projects and processes.
• Proactively manage customer satisfaction and service delivery.
