Qualifikationen

• Matric (National Senior Certificate) is required.

• Lead and direct store employees to achieve sales targets.
• Manage stock ordering, ensuring accurate inventory levels while minimising wastage.
• Oversee store operations including supplies, equipment, and staffing.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase store visibility.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies to meet sales goals.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with Food Hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain temperature control, pest management, PPE adherence, and proper product handling.
• Grow sales and market share through strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between store and management teams.
• Oversee meat processing and wholesale activities.
• Negotiate sales prices and monitor quality control in line with the Meat Safety Act.
• Lead food safety audits and ensure all documentation is compliant.
• Manage store financials, costs, and statutory requirements.
• Handle staff recruitment, training, disciplinary actions, and team management.
