Job summary

Razemba Ventures 66 Pty Ltd is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Umhlanga Rocks site. You will manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and financial targets.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, customer service, training, and coordinating events and promotions. Flexibility for weekends/public holidays/evenings is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ management experience in hospitality, entertainment, or retail.
• National Senior Certificate or Diploma; a relevant degree is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
