Job summary

TFG Limited's Sneaker Factory in Port Elizabeth (Govan Mbeki) is seeking a Store Manager for an on-site role, 45 hours per week. You will drive turnover, manage expenses, lead staff, and ensure superb customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

You will implement merchandising standards, monitor stock, and focus on customer satisfaction while developing your team in a fast-paced fashion brand setting.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate and 3+ years retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership.
• Proven ability to drive turnover and manage costs in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive turnover to achieve targets and control expenses.
• Manage stock losses and shrinkage in line with company standards.
• Lead people management, recruitment, development and performance management.
• Execute in-store merchandising standards and customer service strategy.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer demands.
