Job summary

TFG Limited’s Sneaker Factory in Malmesbury is seeking a sales associate to be an ambassador for the brand and deliver an amazing customer experience. You will help customers find the best footwear and apparel while keeping up with the latest trends and store standards.

In this role you will drive sales toward targets, identify opportunities for new sales, replenish stock, and work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and initiative.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• Experience in customer service and retail is advantageous.
• Able to engage customers, meet sales targets and maintain store standards.
