Job summary

Totalsports Bay West is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team on-site in Port Elizabeth. The role focuses on driving sales, controlling costs, and shrinkage, while developing staff and implementing merchandising standards.

The successful candidate will manage customer service strategies, maintain stock integrity, and build strong customer loyalty within an on-site store in the Eastern Cape. This is a 45-hour full-time position.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
