Job summary

Luxity in Durban is seeking a seasoned retail manager to lead the Gateway store. You will oversee daily operations, enforce policies, drive sales targets, and maintain premium store presentation and customer service.

The role requires 5–10 years of retail management, exceptional organisation, strong systems knowledge, and a proactive, decisive leadership style. You will mentor the team, manage performance, and uphold high standards under pressure.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of retail management experience.
• Extremely organised with excellent memory recall.
• Strong knowledge of systems and processes, and a high level of computer proficiency.
• Excellent knowledge of luxury customer service.
• Able to identify and action issues proactively, without micromanagement.
• Strong leadership with the ability to enforce company policies and procedures.

• Able to multitask effectively and remain calm under high-pressure conditions.
