Job summary

The Fix is hiring a Store Manager in East London for a 45-hour workweek. You will drive turnover, manage staff performance, control costs and lead stock integrity while delivering the in-store merchandising plan and exceptional customer service.

As a leader, you will recruit, develop, and engage team members, ensuring adherence to policies and delivering customer-focused experiences that build loyalty and maximize store performance.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership.

Responsibilities
