Job summary

The Foschini Group (TFG) is seeking a results-driven retail leader to drive turnover and manage store operations. You will lead recruitment, staff development, and performance management while executing merchandising standards to meet targets and customer expectations.

With a hands-on approach to customer service and a focus on profitability, you will optimize stock control and expenses, ensuring shrinkage remains within company standards and nurturing customer loyalty across the store network.

Qualifications

• A Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
