Job summary

Cashbuild Limited is seeking a General Assistant (Internal Applications Only) to deliver in-store customer service, merchandize stock, label shelves, and maintain housekeeping within their designated area.

The role requires basic math, ability to communicate in English and local language, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Prior experience is not mandatory for Grade 12 applicants.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate in English and the dominant local language.
• Minimum Grade 10 or NQF 3 with 1 year related experience; Grade 12 without related experience accepted.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Must be able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in-store and assist customers with queries.
• Assist with complaints resolution and general inquiries.
• Merchandise stock and ensure correct shelf labeling and planogram compliance.
• Maintain store area cleanliness and safety per OHSA guidelines.
