Job summary

Cashbuild in Zeerust is seeking a General Assistant to provide comprehensive in-store customer service, merchandise stock, label prices, and keep areas clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant language spoken in the area.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers with queries.
• Assist with and resolve customer complaints; merchandize stock safely.
• Ensure stock area is fully merchandised according to store layout.
• Ensure accurate shelf price labelling within area of responsibility.
• Maintain area cleanliness, safety, and accessibility for customers.
