Job summary

Isometrix is seeking a Support Consultant to provide in-practice VeriClaim support across Gauteng, including Alberton. The role involves on-site visits to practices, training staff on VeriClaim and related systems, and handling client queries with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in VeriClaim environments, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic setting. A reliable vehicle is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, Payroll, and T&A Functions.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Teams a must
• Fully computer literate
• Strong Excel Skills
• Strong knowledge of HR and Payroll functions including Tax calculations, HR and payroll legislative reporting (This will be tested during the interview process)

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing VeriClaim support to all VeriClaim and VBS practices within a geographic area (Gauteng).
• Travel to lodges and hospitality properties to train staff on system use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve VeriClaim- and system-related queries from clients.
• Liaise with the development team on client feedback and system issues.
• Maintain clear records of support queries and resolutions.
