Job summary

SpesNet Group is seeking an In Field Support Consultant for the Gauteng area. This role entails providing comprehensive in-practice support for VeriClaim and Bureau practices while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-year experience with VeriClaim and possess a valid driver’s license. You will assist in training new clients and manage client relationships effectively, ensuring all their needs are met while supporting system upgrades and addressing any complaints.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of VeriClaim experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-practice VeriClaim support to clients.
• Assist new practices on their first day of using VeriClaim.
• Analyze client needs and provide relevant support.
