Job summary

PRO Personnel Employment Agency in Rustenburg is seeking a reliable Warehouse Stock Controller to manage chemicals stock levels, receive orders, and coordinate couriers. The role supports supervisors, prepares documentation, and maintains a clean chemical storage area.

The position requires adhering to management instructions, locking up on departure, and assisting with daily tasks. It is a full-time role with standard daytime hours, Monday to Friday, in Rustenburg.

Responsibilities

• Manage chemicals stock levels
• Stock take
• Receive all goods ordered
• Arrange couriers
• Ordering stock - Management to verify (Assist HR)
• Ensure chemical room and cupboards are clean and tidy at all times
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (07:00 - 16:00), 1 hour lunch (cannot be accumulated and includes 30min tea times)
• When you leave the office, ensure all doors and windows are locked/closed and alarm activated
• Preparing of documents as needed for teams task
• Assist Supervisors with prep-work and manage teams with daily tasks.
• Adhere to any instruction/request from management
• Assist Director and office manager with task/duties
• Management reserves the right to alter the Job Description if work related items change
