Job summary

Hyundai Automotive South Africa is seeking a Stock Controller to manage inventory levels across our operations. You will monitor stock, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain precise records to support supply chain execution and meet business demand.

This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to analyze data and generate accurate stock reports. 2+ years in automotive stock control is preferred, with experience in high-volume dealership environments

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers to place orders for stock as needed and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions in the inventory management system.
• Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock storage and reduce waste.
• Prepare reports on stock levels, demand forecasts, and inventory issues for management review.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics to align on stock requirements and supply chain activities.
