Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Sports Centre Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our flagship facility in Randburg. You will oversee staffing, maintenance, customer service, and financial oversight to deliver a safe, enjoyable, and profitable environment for members and guests.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Sports Management or related field, at least five years' experience managing sports facilities, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sports management, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing sports facilities or leisure centres.
• Proven experience in staff management, financial oversight, and customer service excellence.
• Strong knowledge of sports centre operations, including marketing and programming.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant management software and MS Office Suite.
