Placements24 is seeking a strategic and operational leader to manage a sports centre in Kimberley. The role oversees all aspects of centre operations, staff, programs, financial performance, marketing, and member satisfaction.

You will drive growth, ensure safety and compliance, and build community impact through sports and fitness initiatives, reporting to senior management and collaborating with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sports or leisure facility management.
• Proven track record in operations, finances and staff leadership.
• Strong knowledge of fitness programs and member engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience developing strategic business plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Admin, or related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities
