Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure integrated guest services.

Requirements

• A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive management experience in the luxury spa or high-end hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in spa operations, financial management, and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of spa treatments, wellness therapies, and product knowledge.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
