Job summary

Absa Group is seeking a Specialist in Workday Reporting & Analytics to design, develop and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics for the People Function. You will use Workday Reporting, Prism Analytics, Power BI, SQL, Power Query and Excel to deliver trusted insights and data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance and Technology stakeholders, translate business needs into scalable solutions and enable self-service analytics across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years Workday Reporting & Analytics experience.
• Experience developing Workday reports, dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
• Strong SQL, Excel and Power Query skills.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and translating business requirements into reporting solutions.
